How does NTR work? I did see the blowbang/bukkake
There are multiple spots to enter into NTR path, the simplest way is to follow the Harem guide found below and at the very end choose the other option. "I should not cheat on ..."

Not sure exactly what you mean by how does it work. I'm assuming you mean how do you follow Harem path. Easiest way is:
Choose "Adam should massage you."
Choose "Go dance with her."
Choose "Tell her about her top."
Choose "Perhaps I could have some fun with some of them."
Congrats you are now on the Harem path.
